This is a round bus tour through the border of Europe and Asia: the natural, cultural and historic legacy of the South Ural.
Route Description:
Day 1: 12.00: Meeting in the city of Ufa (hotel «Bashkortostan»). A bus trip to the village of Revet, the South-Ural State Reserve (the Belorezkyi area). An excursion to the town of Malyi Yamantau; learning the reserve. Free time. The night accommodation is at the camp.
Day 2: A trip to the village of Kaga. On the route there is an excursion to an old Muslim cemetery; a tomb of Shagali Shakman. Accommodation is at the tourist centre. A visit to the History Museum of Kaga and the Ural and to the Ironworks of the 18th century. An excursion to the Nicola Church (an architectural monument). A radial walk to the rock of “Blagodat”; to a saint spring. In the evening there are video films, and the ping-pong upon request. The bath.
Day 3: A visit to the museum of Nature of the Bashkir State Reserve and a village of Sargaya. A drive trip to the Reserve “Shulgan-Tash”. An excursion to the Kapova Cave. A visit to a museum “The Golden Bees” of the operating bee-garden. Accommodation is at the tent camp.
Day 4: Transfer from Europe to Asia: the Baskir trans-Ural, the tourist centre “The Lake Grafskoe” (the Baymak area). Check in. Bath.
Day 5: The Waterfall of “Gadilisha” (nature monument) is on the river Sakmara. A tourist centre accommodation.
Day 6: An excursion to the history-archeological reserve “Arkaim”. Arkaim is the most ancient civilization in the South Ural (the mesolite and neolite stops, the burial mounds of the Sarmats and Huns). Accommodation is at the tent camp.
Day 7: Transfer across the Ural Mountains to the Euponean side. A stop on the river Malyi Ik. An excursion to the Muradim Canyon (a natural park). Accommodation is at the tent camp.
Day 8: Transfer to the National Park “Bashkiriya”, the village of Nugush. Accommodayion is at the tourist centre “Nugush” on the bank of the Nugush Reservoir. The bath.
Day 9: Recreation at the Nugush Reservoir. Accommodation is at the tourist centre “Nugush”.
Day 10: Transfer to the Gafuryi area. Excursions: the Tabinsk chapel, the Saint Icon of the Tabinsk Mother of God; the Saint Springs (mineral and curative water); a historic-ethnographic complex “Said-baba” (it is the biggest bashkir village); the cave of “Victory” (stalactites and stalagmites); accommodation is at the tent camp near Imendyashevo village.
Day 11: Recreation at the river Zhilim. In the evening there is a bus trip to the city of Ufa.
Accommodation: tourists’ centres (5 nights) and the tent camps (5 nights / sngl, dbl, trpl tents).
Boarding: full board. The food is cooked in the terminal on the route and on the fire in the camps.
Equipment: For the group: tents, sleeping bags, rags, crockery, a campfire set.
Accompaniment: A group is normally not more than 12-16 people and is accompanied by 2 interpreters-instructors. They are in charge. |
