Moscow Hotel 4*

One of St. Petersburg's best known and biggest 4-star hotels, the 825-room Hotel Moscow is a large modern property in the centre of the city with excellent transport links. 
Built in 1964, the Moscow Hotel was well known to Intourist guests in the Soviet era, and has since undergone several refits, the latest of which has given the hotel a wide range of accommodation options, from basic 4-star standard rooms to better equipped and more stylish Comfort Rooms, which have a full range of up-to-date amenities including WiFi access. The Moscow is one of the few three-star hotels in St. Petersburg to have its own fitness centre with gym and swimming pool, and the hotel also offers extensive facilities for business travelers, including conference and meeting venues, and a reasonably well equipped business centre. 
Located on the banks of the Neva River at the eastern end of Nevsky Prospekt, the Moscow Hotel is right next to the famous Alexander Nevsky Monastery, which has beautiful baroque and neoclassical churches, as well as a cemetery that contains the graves of many great figures, including Tchaikovsky and Dostoevsky. The Moscow Hotel is also right on top of a metro station, giving fast access to all corners of the city.
